"La nostora sfida" is
Il Laboratorio di Cucina Niigata (commonly known as Labokuchi)
A restaurant that is opened irregularly in Niigata by members of the culinary research institute that brings together chefs active in Niigata.

This time, Labokuchi is celebrating its 10th anniversary and setting sail under a new structure for the first time outside the prefecture.
The event will be held in Yamagata Prefecture in collaboration with chefs from Yamagata.

The event will take place at "Yamagata-za Takinami".
Labokuchi, Yamagata chefs, and local creators will create new Yamagata attractions using ingredients from Yamagata in Yamagata.
As a charity event for the Noto Peninsula earthquake, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the disaster-stricken areas.
*La nostora sfida means "Our challenge" in Italian.

■19 rooms in total, all with open-air baths fed by hot spring water

There are three types: ``KURA,'' which is a renovated storehouse, ``SAKURA,'' which overlooks a garden and cherry blossoms, and ``YAMAGATA,'' which has a collection of Yamagata crafts.
All rooms have an open-air bath with gentle hot water that smells of sulfur.

The standard is a twin room, but it is possible to accommodate 2 to 6 people by using an extra bed.
Please see the details page for each room for its capacity.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the guest room terraces. Please refrain from smoking anywhere other than the smoking area outside the main entrance.

■Meals are inspired by natural and local gastronomy.

Vegetables and seasonal fruits delivered from local producers,
We will prepare a menu using ingredients carefully selected by our head chef, including seasonal ingredients from Yamagata.
Please enjoy Yamagataza Takinami's cuisine that can only be enjoyed here and now.

Before dinner, Soba Restaurant Yamagata's unique ``soba making'' will be performed.
You can enjoy the live feeling that can only be found in Yamagata.

In addition, there are 4 public baths at Akayu Onsen.
It is also famous for its grape production, and there are six historic local wineries.
Eboshiyama Park, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, is also within walking distance.
